
Cine Passeio, a prominent cultural “street cinema” in the Downtown of Curitiba, aimed to host an exclusive Oscar® viewing party. The challenge was to create a visual identity that felt both luxurious and authentically cinematic, attracting a sophisticated audience and generating excitement across digital and physical channels.
As the Art Director, I developed a concept that merged classic film elegance with contemporary party vibrancy. The core visual featured a custom illustration of the iconic Oscar® statuette, integrated with dynamic geometric shapes and a metallic color palette of gold and black. This central motif was applied consistently across all touchpoints, creating a recognizable and upscale brand for the event.
The full suite of deliverables included:
A main event poster for print and online promotion.
Digital assets for social media campaigns and email marketing.
A cohesive set of printed materials for venue decoration and invitations.

The bold and elegant identity successfully captured the spirit of the Oscars® and the sophistication of Cine Passeio. It provided a versatile visual system that generated strong anticipation and contributed to a memorable, sold-out event, showcasing how targeted design can elevate a cultural experience. The impact of the visual was so compelling that the brand chose to use the same art direction for three years straight.
